These terms and conditions (“Terms”) apply to the entire contents of this website. Please read these Terms carefully before using this website. Using this website indicates that you accept these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use this website.
1.1 This website is provided by Go Spider Web Design (“we, us, our”) of King Street, Manchester, M2 4LQ, United Kingdom
1.2 These Terms are an agreement between you and us and sets out the conditions upon which you may access the information available on this website
1.3 We are able to change these Terms, at any time and notification will be by posting an updated version of these Terms on this website, at which point they are effective
1.4 If you continue to use of this website after any changes as detailed in clause 1.3 it will constitute consent to such changes in the terms of business.
2. Access to the Website
2.1 Access to this website may be suspended temporarily and without notice in the case of system failure, maintenance or repair, or for reasons beyond our control.
2.2 We reserve the right to, without notice, withdraw the availability of this website or any of its content and/or any of its functions, information or services.
2.3 We cannot guarantee uninterrupted and/or reliable access to this website and we make no guarantees whatsoever as to its operation, functionality or otherwise.
3. Permitted Use of the Website
3.1 We will allow you to view, download and print out content from this website providing it is for your personal use and only in accordance with these Terms. All other copying whether electronic, hard copy or other format is prohibited and all other rights are reserved
3.2 You shall only use this website in a manner consistent with these Terms and in such a way that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations and, in particular, you shall not;
3.2.1 seek unauthorised access to our network or any aspect of this computer system.
3.2.2 insert or knowingly or recklessly seek to send, transmit or distribute a virus into this network.
3.2.3 actively assist, encourage or permit any other person to do that described above in 3.2.1 and 3.2.2.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
4.1 All copyright and all other intellectual property rights in this website all design, text, graphics and the selection or arrangement thereof) including but not limited to remain our property.

5.1 This website may at times contain links to websites which are not ours but are owned and operated by third parties. We do not make representations or warranties as to the accuracy or completeness of information contained on sites which we have links with or as to the suitability or quality of any of products or services mentioned

6. Design Process
6.1 The client agrees to work with and cooperate with Go Spider Web Design’s established web design process:
- First Go Spider Web Design create design options – these are images of the home page only, that help Go Spider Web Design to understand how the customer wants the layout of the website. They are populated by stock images and text. Colours may vary from the final website design.
- Once a design option is agreed Go Spider Web Design will then start creating the website in the layout of the chosen design option. Text and images, provided by the client will be used within the design.
- Once the client is happy with the final website design Go Spider Web Design will then move the site to the client’s domain, which needs to be pointed to our hosting.
- Final changes and finishing touches are then completed.
- If the client as purchased a separate SEO package, Go Spider Web Design will start working on this, on the client’s live website
- Go Spider Web Design do not add any of the client’s products, testimonials or blog posts to the client’s website, unless agreed before the point of sale.
The above process might change, if Go Spider believes it’s in the best interest of the project.
7. Payment Policy
7.1 Full payment is required in full before we start working on the client’s project, unless agreed in writing, via email.
7.2 Any contract where Go Spider Web Design agree a staged payment plan that it is on the strict condition that all payments are received within 7 days of Go Spider Web Design first requesting a payment. The client agrees that the full outstanding balance for the whole project will be come due if payment is not made within 7 days or the client fails to provide any other required information within 7 days, and no further work will be done on the project until the full payment becomes due. The client additionally agrees that any and all previously given discounts will be revoked and the full undiscounted amount will become due.
7.3 The first payment maybe paid by card or bank transfer. All additional payments will be paid via bank transfer only.
7.3 Extra services that are ordered via our design brief (or predesign questionnaire) must be paid for in full within 7 days of Go Spider Web Design first requesting the payment. The client agrees that the full outstanding balance for the whole project will be come due if payment is not made within 7 days, and no further work will be done on the project until the full payment becomes due. The client additionally agrees that any and all previously given discounts will be revoked and the full undiscounted amount will become due.
8. SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE PACKAGES
8.1 There is to be a minimum of 5 hours work per support request.
8.2 A minimum ongoing commitment of 6 months applies to all packages.
8.3 Although we will always aim to complete requested work ASAP, the customer agrees it can take up to 7 days to action change requests.
8.4 The Client agrees that all support requests should be submitted by email.
8.5 The Client agrees that they will clearly explain what work they require to be completed and agree that all follow up email we send, or phone calls we make, to gather further information or clarification will be taken from the hours available within the monthly support package
8.6 Additional hours will be billed at a rate of £125 per hour.
9. Change Requests
9.1 When our team have finished the whole project website, the Client is only permitted to request changes to the website via our standard “Change Request Form”. The form allows for up to 8 changes to be requested. The cost for these changes is £900 on projects costing under £4000. Projects costing between £4001 – £9999 will receive 1 round of changes for free. Projects costing £10000 and above will receive 3 rounds of changes for free. All other rounds of changes will incur a £900 fee.
9.2 We will only undertake changes requested that allow us to work within the scope of the website design project.
10. Add On Services
Clients can order additional ‘add-on’ services, or upgrades to their website design package. We will always provide an additional quote for these services. However, below are the costs of a few:
10.1 Additional contact style forms will be charged at £225 each.
10.2 Clients will be charged an additional price of £140 for each image. Our team will provide what we believe are suitable images for the website if they are not provided on the Design Brief. These images will be sourced from stock image websites. An additional charge of from £225 per image will be charged for our team to alter these images if requested by the Client.
10.3 Additional information style pages not included within the web design package will cost £250 per page.
10.4 GDPR compliance – website purchased before 8th June 2018 will not be GDPR compliance unless agreed before the point of sale. An additional cost of £750 will be changed to make website compliant before it goes live, and £1500 after.
11. Cancellation Policy
11.1 It is agreed that once a project is started, and/or the client has agreed to these terms, the full project cost will be come due if cancelled by the client. If Go Spider Web Design cancels the project no payments will be refunded, but no further payments will become due unless requested before Go Spider Web Design cancels the project. The customer agrees that Go Spider Web Design do not have to provide any work to the client.
12.1 We make every effort to ensure that the information contained on this website is accurate, complete and up-to-date, we do not make representations or warranties, either express or implied, as to the accuracy, completeness or fitness for purpose of such information.
12.2 We do not make any representations or warranties, express or implied, that this website or any software of any nature available on, downloaded or otherwise obtained from it, will be free from defects or viruses.
12.3 We make no representations or warranties as to whether the information available on this website complies with the regulatory regime of countries from which the pages of this website may be accessed
12.4 We shall not be liable for loss or damage whatsoever and howsoever incurred including direct, consequential or indirect loss or damage, or any loss or damage to goodwill or profits or any anticipated loss of savings incurred by you, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or economic loss whether arising in tort, contract, equity or otherwise and arising out of, in relation to, or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use this website
12.5 All terms are to be construed in accordance with the Laws of England and Wales.
